Our parents play a vital role in recruiting new families. At the Policy Council meeting in May, parents were provided with a recruitment presentation by the Community Outreach team and were invited to fill out a survey to participate in an “All-Stars” training to prepare them to help their agencies with recruitment.
Remember…if each family transitioning out of Head Start could recruit just one family to replace them, our agencies would not have enrollment challenges!
