Blind Children’s Center and LACOE Speak Before Assembly Human Services Committee in Sacramento

On April 2, 2024, HSEL Executive Director Luis Bautista and Blind Children’s Center CEO Sarah Orth provided testimony to the Assembly Human Services Committee regarding AB 1925, a bill authored by Speaker Emeritus Anthony Rendon to waive the General Child Care and Development program’s need criteria for families of infants and toddlers with disabilities.
