As we gear up for a new school year, it is the perfect time to think about developmentally appropriate toys and games! We want to meet all children at their developmental level and provide them a just-right challenge in their play. Many resources exist to know what toys and games to play with your children.

When babies are growing, their play revolves around bonding and exploring. As they get older, their play becomes more fantasy-like and imaginative. Pay attention to what interests them and how you can add to it.

Many toys and games may be in your home already! Mix oil and water with food coloring to create a visually stimulating timer, or create sensory bins with dried beans and noodles! Now is the time to get creative and explore with your little ones!
